Welcome to the HR Outsourcing Association (HROA)
The HROA is for all those who purchase, provide, or participate in HR transformation and outsourcing. Our membership encompasses over 7,500 HR executives, including the largest 50 buyers, the top 30 providers, the leading sourcing advisors, and the best thought leaders in HR Transformation.
The HROA Aligns Resources. We are the central hub for information regarding HR Outsourcing, including
- An expanding network of buyers for peer-to-peer interactions;
- Practices to educate buyers on current adopted functionality;
- Complete marketplace to promote solution offerings by providers, vendors, and consultants.
Our priorities for 2011 include maintaining operational discipline to enable us to invest in new and renewed services. Chief among these will be the launch of our certification program in conjunction with IAOP. In one of the most vibrant sectors of HR Outsourcing – Recruitment – we will work closely with our RPO Alliance Special Interest Group to nurture and grow this dynamic membership community. We strive to increase opportunities for engagement in our chapters, SIGs and Committees, and thereby increase membership.
